Attending for an appointment

When you have arranged to attend for an appointment to enable us provide an efficient service, please bring with you the following:

• Contact details to include telephone numbers (mobile & landline), fax number, e-mail address.

• PPS numbers to include your tax designation.

• Copies of marriage certificates, civil partnership certificates, separation agreements or divorce decrees where relevant.

• If you are a new client, please also bring original photographic identification (passport or driver’s licence) together with an original utility bill confirming your address.
